Real-estate agencies own a large part of housing in Switzerland. Once near 90% of inhabitants are tenants, these agencies largely monopolise the renting offer. Finding a home in Switzerland seems harder that getting a well-paid job. Such constraint pushes some new parents to consider investing in a wooden CNC-machined disposable construction –by taking advantage of the free space of their Logia-, before having to find a new apartment with an extra room for their newborn.
